Head Golf Professional
My golf journey started when I was 10 years old, hitting golf balls with a set of old clubs from my grandfather in my backyard. It was then that I fell in love with the game. I am a former Division 1 athlete, I played golf at Michigan State University. After college I turned professional and have forged a rewarding career in the golf industry here in Southern California. I have spent over 10 years working with junior golfers as a Coach and the Outreach Coordinator for The First Tee Greater Pasadena. I have taught at Brookside GC, Scholl Canyon GC, Valencia CC, California CC, and I am now the Head Golf professional here at Shandin Hills GC. I have a passion for coaching. I am currently the Head Golf Coach at Victor Valley College and was a 2x coach of the year while leading La Canada H.S. to back to back league titles in 2017 & 2018. I am an expert in the biomechanics of the golf swing, I use a combination of video analysis, launch monitor tracking, and training aids to help players get the most out of their game. Whether you are a beginner or advanced player, I am confident that we will be able to construct a plan to help in your golf journey.
